If you would like to decorate a scarecrow for the Woodstown Fall Festival contest, please come to the back of the Woodstown Borough Hall, located on West Avenue, on one of the following dates/times:
- Thursday, September 1, 6PM-8PM
- Tuesday, September 6, 8AM-10AM
The frames are approximately six feet tall, so please bring a vehicle that is sized accordingly. The cost for the scarecrow frame rental is $10.00 each and may be paid by cash or check made payable to "Woodstown Fall Festival." All frames and lamppost locations will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you are unable to pick up your scarecrow frame on these dates, contact Janice Ruge-Johnson at (856) 769-9056 or janruge@verizon.net to arrange another time.
